If you didn't do it upon registration, you can invite people by clicking ‘Team’ from the top menu.
1. Select ‘New Invite’ which this brings you to a page where you can invite multiple people at a time
2. For each person you want to add, you will be asked for the person’s first and last name, email address and mobile number so we can send them a link to join your CareCircle
3. Complete the details and select ‘Send Invite’
Once you’ve invited people, scroll do the bottom of the page and select ‘I'm Done’.
You will now see them listed within your team section, along with the number of tasks assigned to them, when they last visited, and the last note the person added.
You can also delete users and resend invites (in case they’ve been lost along the way) by clicking on the three small dots next to their name and selecting ‘Delete’ or ‘Resend Invite’
For those who haven't confirmed their accounts, you will see a pink ‘Pending’ badge along the top right corner of their Carer card. Until they have confirmed their email, that banner will remain.
You can continue to add users at any point while you have the app, at no extra cost.
