How do you edit or delete a medication?
If a medication dose has changed or is no longer being taken, you can update this by navigating to 'Medication' from the top menu and choosing the medication that you wish to edit.
You can then either update the details and save or delete the medication. If you are deleting the medication, you will be asked to confirm that you want to delete it.
