What is the difference between Team and Contacts?

The users that are part of the CareCircle will usually be your family members and close friends - the people who you (the main Account Holder) choose to have access to the site and therefore can help you to support the Cared For Person.

Contacts are like your loved one's digital address book. It's a place where you and your CareCircle can see the important contacts for your loved one. For example, this could be your Cared For Person's doctor, next door neighbours, dog walker or gardener. They are folks who are useful to be in touch with.
